Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as an SLP, CFY, or SLPA eligible to work in schools
  • Experience or interest in providing therapy to pediatric and elementary student populations
  • Strong understanding of speech/language assessment tools, IEP processes, and service documentation
  • Ability to tailor interventions to diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Positive communicator, organized, and committed to professional development
  • School-based or pediatric clinical experience preferred (including internships or practicums)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for students requiring speech and language services
  • Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans in alignment with district guidelines and individual student goals
  • Conduct group and individual treatment sessions, documenting outcomes and maintaining accurate records
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student learning and participation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations to support student success
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
