Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Background in pediatric populations and experience in a school, healthcare, or pediatric setting
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to complete and interpret speech and language assessments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Assist in writing and updating IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Track and report student progress, ensuring documentation is timely and accurate
  • Support students’ communication goals and contribute to a positive school experience
