Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license and CCC credentials.
  • Proven experience in a pediatric or school setting.
  • Experience in supervision within an SLP context.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing IEPs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with students, staff, and families.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for individualized student needs.
  • Participate in creating and managing IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deliver direct, 1:1 speech therapy services for pediatric students.
  • Provide clinical supervision to support staff as needed.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to foster student success.
  • Adapt therapy plans to align with each learner's goals and ongoing progress.
