Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and CCC credentials.
- Proven experience in a pediatric or school setting.
- Experience in supervision within an SLP context.
- Expertise in developing and implementing IEPs.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with students, staff, and families.
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for individualized student needs.
- Participate in creating and managing IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Deliver direct, 1:1 speech therapy services for pediatric students.
- Provide clinical supervision to support staff as needed.
- Engage with parents and guardians to foster student success.
