Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, or completion of SLP-CFY program, or SLPA credentials
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for credentialing
  • Experience in elementary school settings preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate approach to working with young children
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other service providers

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary school students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver services in-person or via teletherapy depending on student needs
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Educate and involve families and teachers in therapy strategies for maximum impact
  • Maintain consistent, open communication with school staff and administrators
