This full-time, contract-based position allows you to work across 2-3 buildings, primarily supporting elementary students with occasional middle school coverage. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to fostering student success and supporting communication development.

Your expertise in delivering both in-person and teletherapy services will be instrumental to helping a diverse student population meet their speech and language goals. You'll shape young lives while furthering your professional development in a welcoming, supportive environment. Compensation is competitive and reflective of your experience in the school setting, with a pay range of $45-$57 per hour.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Relevant experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
  • SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) candidates with school or healthcare experience are also encouraged to apply
  • Proven ability to manage caseload, conduct assessments, create IEP goals, and deliver engaging therapy sessions
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to collaborate with families and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Assess, document, and track student progress according to school district guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to ensure cohesive student care
  • Attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team planning
  • Maintain accurate records while complying with all state and federal regulations
