Embark on a fulfilling full-time role supporting early learners through dedicated speech-language pathology services in a vibrant educational setting. You’ll enjoy a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, choosing between shift times of either 7:15 - 3:15 or 7:45 - 3:45, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Caseload sizes range from 40 to 60, focusing exclusively on preschool-aged children. You’ll also benefit from having another SLP on-site, providing valuable collaboration and shared expertise throughout the school year. The hourly compensation for this position ranges from $45 to $65, offering a competitive rate for your experience and dedication.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous experience or practicum working within school settings, especially with preschool populations
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs, progress monitoring, and comprehensive therapy plans
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech/language therapy services to preschool students
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow SLPs to maximize student success
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with educational and legal standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
