Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP License for the state of Colorado
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Background in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
- Skilled in delivering assessments, developing individualized plans, and documenting progress
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct thorough evaluations and participatory IEP meetings
- Collaborate with fellow educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement customized intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Coach classroom staff and parents on communication strategies, supporting students’ goals
