Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP License for the state of Colorado
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Background in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
  • Skilled in delivering assessments, developing individualized plans, and documenting progress
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and participatory IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement customized intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Coach classroom staff and parents on communication strategies, supporting students’ goals
