Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP-CCC credential and eligibility for Colorado licensure
• Experience working within school settings, preferably with elementary-age students
• Solid background in assessing and addressing articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, and social-pragmatic challenges
• Skilled in utilizing AAC high-tech devices and comfortable supporting a range of needs from mild to severe
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with fellow educators, families, and support staff

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services tailored to students’ individual education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ communication strengths and needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to foster students’ academic and social development
• Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to support the generalization of skills across settings
• Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
