Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid licensure to practice as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain one in Colorado
  • Demonstrated experience working in pediatric and/or school settings
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students based on their unique needs
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and data tracking to support student outcomes
  • Engage in regular communication with all stakeholders regarding student development and success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions as required
