Elementary Middle School School Speech Language Pathologist - Manitou Springs, Colorado

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Hold current SLP certification and state licensure
• Previous experience providing speech-language services in school settings (elementary and/or middle school preferred)
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet varied student needs across ages K-8

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans
• Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy sessions
• Monitor student progress and update IEPs with measurable outcomes
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal standards

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week (7:15 am – 3:15 pm daily), offering a balanced school-year schedule and the chance to change lives in a supportive educational environment.
