Licensed Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Manitou Springs, CO

We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with experience working in school environments to engage with preschool and elementary students. This contract position begins July 27, 2026, and continues through May 21, 2027, providing continuity and connection as you help students find their voices and reach their goals.

This role offers 37.5 hours per week, with a standard day running from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (hours may vary by assignment). You'll collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ speech and language development, bringing your expertise to both preschool and elementary classrooms.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current state license and SLP certification required
• Previous experience providing speech-language pathology services in school settings, preferably targeting preschool and elementary populations
• Skill in conducting assessments and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Compassion and creativity in engaging young learners and supporting diverse needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with each student's IEP
• Monitor progress and communicate with families and staff
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and provide professional insights
• Support early intervention and inclusion across preschool and elementary classrooms
