What We’re Seeking:

  • Active Colorado credentials as a Special Education teacher
  • Experience designing and implementing IEPs for K-12 students
  • Flexibility and confidence managing both self-contained and resource classrooms
  • Comprehensive understanding of Special Education regulations and best practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration capabilities
  • A positive attitude, growth mindset, and a strong sense of professional responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Individualized Education Plans in compliance with district and state standards
  • Deliver engaging instruction tailored to individual student needs across K-12 caseloads
  • Collect data and monitor student progress, adapting strategies as needed
  • Work proactively with families, related service providers, and colleagues to support student growth
  • Cultivate an inclusive, supportive, and safe classroom environment
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting
