Qualifications sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates completing CFY are welcome
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is valuable, though not required
- Familiarity with teletherapy and related digital platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Design and implement individualized intervention programs
- Provide therapy directly to students, either onsite or via teletherapy
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other allied professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
