Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP License in Wisconsin
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial, but open to candidates from pediatric healthcare or teletherapy backgrounds
  • Committed to providing focused, student-centered therapy and collaborating with educators and families

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct speech-language therapy to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and contribute to IEP and eligibility meetings
  • Use evidence-based practices to foster communication skills in diverse student populations
  • Flexibility to work across different caseloads, age groups, and service models (in-person or teletherapy, based on district needs)
