Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring for student speech and language needs
- Deliver services in person and potentially through teletherapy as needed
- Participate in meetings and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license in Wisconsin
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience in school settings preferred but not required
- Ability to work with pediatric populations through various therapy modalities including teletherapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
