Elementary 1:1 Care School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mankato, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current, valid Florida State License in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for an elementary-aged student
• Deliver evidence-based 1:1 therapy sessions tailored to individual needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and thorough session notes and progress reports
• Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, special educators, and school staff to support academic success and developmental milestones
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
