Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLPA)
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred
• Skilled at collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students across grade levels
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student progress
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of student progress and services delivered
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
• Engage with parents and caregivers to support student success
