Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLPA)
- Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred
- Skilled at collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students across grade levels
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student progress
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation of student progress and services delivered
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
- Engage with parents and caregivers to support student success
