This position welcomes experienced SLPs holding their CCC, as well as recent graduates looking to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Your fluency in Spanish will be key in meeting the unique needs of this student population.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or open to CFY supervision
  • School-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work full-time (37.5 hours/week) on a school-based contract, August through the end of the school year
  • Manage a caseload of 40-45 students, providing direct therapy, assessment, and diagnostics
  • Develop and implement IEP goals; participate in meetings with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver bilingual speech and language services
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to maximize student outcomes
