Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Manor, Texas

Qualifications:

• Hold or be eligible for SLP license; CCC preferred, CFY welcome
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings, including teletherapy options
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations (K-8)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with on-site support staff (SLPA)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services to elementary and middle school students
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs as appropriate
• Participate in team meetings and parent conferences
• Document therapy sessions and maintain required records with attention to compliance standards
