Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for SLP license; CCC preferred, CFY welcome
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings, including teletherapy options
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations (K-8)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with on-site support staff (SLPA)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services to elementary and middle school students
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs as appropriate
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences
- Document therapy sessions and maintain required records with attention to compliance standards
