Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Manor, Texas

Step into a dynamic role supporting students and schools as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year! This contract opportunity runs from August 4, 2026, to May 27, 2027, and offers a unique hybrid work schedule mixing both virtual and on-site responsibilities, provided you remain current on therapy and testing. What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
• Demonstrated experience in school-based SLP services, pediatrics, or related healthcare roles
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 65-70 students
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key duties include:

• Conducting assessments, evaluations, and individualized treatment for students as part of an educational team
• Developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Providing direct therapy sessions, both virtually and on-site (hybrid: two virtual days, two in-person days)
• Maintaining timely documentation for all therapy, testing, and student interactions
• Supporting students across a wide range of language and speech needs, including bilingual learners
