Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist working near Manor, TX. This position offers a dynamic balance of hands-on therapy and evaluative responsibilities in a collaborative school environment. You'll primarily serve an elementary community, working weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, managing a caseload of approximately 50 students.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid SLP licensure and credentials (CCC or CFY accepted)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Ability to provide both therapy and comprehensive evaluations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with IEP process and goal writing
  • Comfortable updating progress and collaborating with IEP facilitators

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to students on your caseload
  • Attend IEP meetings, collaborating with facilitators who handle scheduling and logistics
  • Regularly update progress and author new IEP goals for assigned students
  • Complete speech-language and communication evaluations as needed
  • Maintain accurate therapy records and meet compliance guidelines
  • Communicate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success
