As a full-time, full-school-year position working with elementary caseloads, you’ll play a pivotal role in both direct therapy and leadership.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active CCC-SLP certification required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Experience working with elementary-age students
  • Ability to effectively manage a caseload of 70-80 students per campus
  • Willingness to support Clinical Fellows (CFs); supervision of SLPAs required
  • Comfortable serving in an itinerant capacity across campuses
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates seeking teletherapy-only roles will not be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy to elementary students
  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship for SLPAs at designated campuses
  • Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families
  • Support and provide feedback to CFs (no Voco/teletherapy-based positions available)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school standards
  • Contribute to a positive learning environment fostering student growth
