As a full-time, full-school-year position working with elementary caseloads, you’ll play a pivotal role in both direct therapy and leadership.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC-SLP certification required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Experience working with elementary-age students
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload of 70-80 students per campus
- Willingness to support Clinical Fellows (CFs); supervision of SLPAs required
- Comfortable serving in an itinerant capacity across campuses
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Candidates seeking teletherapy-only roles will not be considered
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy to elementary students
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship for SLPAs at designated campuses
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families
- Support and provide feedback to CFs (no Voco/teletherapy-based positions available)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school standards
- Contribute to a positive learning environment fostering student growth
