Make a difference in students’ lives through skilled speech and language support in a dynamic school setting. We’re seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists—one for a full-time role and one for part-time—serving a caseload of approximately 30 students. Collaborate with an experienced team and have an impact on student growth and success every day.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and special education protocols
  • Ability to provide both group and individual therapy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and observations to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Complete progress reports and comprehensive documentation for IEPs
  • Attend and lead IEP meetings, offering valuable insight into communication goals
  • Participate in Student Study Team (SST) meetings as an integral team member
  • Deliver direct speech and language services individually or in groups
  • Develop appropriate intervention plans and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to foster student success
  • Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines for special education services
