Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold current licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior experience working with school-aged populations is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention practices
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals
• Monitor students’ progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents regarding speech and language development
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
