Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across diverse grade levels
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and educational goals
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services, both individually and in group settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Partner with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success and generalization of communication strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insight and developing student goals
  • Adapt therapy techniques to align with student needs and evolving caseloads
