As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech and language disorders, tailoring interventions to maximize each child’s potential for success in the classroom and beyond. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students presenting with speech and language challenges
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing specific student goals
  • Provide direct therapy services, utilizing evidence-based practices for speech, language, and communication enhancement
  • Meticulously document therapy sessions, tracking and reporting on student progress
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to deliver coordinated educational services
  • Engage families in the therapy process through education, consultation, and active participation

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current (or eligible) state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
  • Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing as part of a dynamic team
