Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations to assess students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering growth
• Conduct engaging therapy sessions to achieve specific speech and language objectives
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all student progress
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary educational team for holistic student support
• Provide guidance and involve families throughout the therapy process to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience supporting pediatric or school-aged children is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
• Proven ability to work well independently and thrive as part of a team environment
