Desired Qualifications:

  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
  • New Jersey state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations in schools or clinical settings
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs and goals for students with diverse communication needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy for students as outlined in their IEPs during the ESY session
  • Conduct assessments and update progress reports as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Adjust therapy techniques to meet individual student needs and respond to new challenges
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
