Step into a rewarding role as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist supporting students and educational teams for the upcoming academic year. This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through June 2027, with part-time candidates also welcome for consideration. You’ll be a critical partner in fostering communication growth and academic success for students in a dynamic, collaborative school environment near Maple Grove, MN.

In this impactful position, you’ll:

  • Provide speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, monitoring progress and documenting outcomes
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and recommendations
  • Adapt interventions and materials to meet diverse learner needs
  • Offer consultation and training to teachers and staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice in Minnesota
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based interventions and inclusive practices

Compensation for this role is $50-$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
