This contract role focuses on serving the ECSE 3-5 caseload, helping young children develop essential communication skills as part of a dedicated educational team. You’ll work three days per week, Monday through Friday, providing targeted care and collaborative interventions from early September through the end of November.

What We're Looking For:
- Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- Experience with early childhood special education (ECSE), preferably with ages 3-5
- Previous school-based SLP experience, ideally in similar settings
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, service providers, and families
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Availability to work 22.5 hours per week (3 days) within the school calendar
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to early childhood students, tailored to their IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and contribute to evaluations as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and communicate regularly with teachers and families
- Support a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
