School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Maple Grove, Minnesota

Make a meaningful impact in students’ lives by providing speech-language services in a supportive school environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist, and welcomes Clinical Fellows. You’ll work on-site, collaborate with educators and families, and develop your expertise in a vibrant district near Maple Grove, MN.

Key requirements:

• Valid Minnesota SLP license (attach as a PDF with your resume)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering student success and inclusion

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students, including evaluation, therapy, and intervention
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate assessments, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training as required
• Adapt therapy and service delivery to align with students’ diverse needs

This position offers a traditional school calendar, with full-time hours (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday) from late August 2026 through early June 2027. You’ll become part of a dedicated school-based team making a real difference every day.
