Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Experience or strong interest in the pediatric and school-based setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across multiple campuses within the district
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals based on student needs
- Maintain accurate, timely records and progress notes in alignment with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student achievement
- Deliver both one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices
- Assist in screening, prevention, and early intervention activities district-wide
