Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status considered
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams and families

• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for speech-language goals
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Offer support and training to staff and families on strategies to foster communication development
