Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
  • Licensure as required for school-based practice
  • Experience in pediatric settings, preferably within schools or via teletherapy platforms
  • Proficiency with assessment tools, documentation, and individualized education plan (IEP) processes
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a commitment to student growth

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop tailored therapy plans aligned with each student’s IEP goals
  • Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each child
  • Deliver direct intervention through in-person or teletherapy formats, as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and service logs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
  • Offer guidance and strategies for educators and caregivers to reinforce skills in the classroom and at home
