Key Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• SLPA candidates with school experience encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Maintain student progress records and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom success
• Provide therapy to both individuals and small groups, adapting approaches to meet diverse needs
