Beginning August 17, 2026, and running through May 21, 2027, you will engage with a diverse caseload, supporting speech and language outcomes in a collaborative school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible SLP license or certification for North Carolina
- CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous school-based experience with K-12 students is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Understanding of IEP process and comfort working in multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in both direct and consultative formats
- Conduct assessments, develop student-centered treatment plans, and track progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and professionals
- Focus solely on therapy-related duties — no additional responsibilities outside contracted hours (such as bus or lunch duty)
