Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

- Prior experience in a school-based environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both students and staff
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individual treatment plans effectively
- Organizational skills for caseload management and progress documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Creating and implementing individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication goals
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and ongoing therapy sessions
- Providing resources or training for staff and families to reinforce strategies in various settings
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations associated with school-based therapy
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on student progress and recommendations
