What We’re Looking For:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical skills and a commitment to student success are valued
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, deliver engaging therapy sessions, and track student progress
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- High level of organization, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in a K-12 school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Deliver services in both individual and group formats, tailored to age and grade level
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and special education staff to ensure student success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help develop goals and monitor progress
- Complete timely documentation and maintain confidentiality with all student records
- Participate in school-based professional development, staff meetings, and related activities
