Key Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain before the start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based practice
  • Familiarity with individual and group therapy, IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfort with technology and teletherapy delivery platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
  • Implement evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to each student’s IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary IEP meetings
  • Engage in parent, teacher, and staff consultations to support student success
  • Adapt services for in-person or virtual delivery as needed
  • Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes
