This full-time, onsite position offers an opportunity to make a difference as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant academic setting located just west of Atlanta. Enjoy a 37.5-hour workweek immersed in a collaborative, resourceful environment where your expertise will help shape student success. Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply. All services will be delivered in-person; remote or virtual options are not included in this assignment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Georgia
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; will consider Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience or genuine interest in providing school-based therapy to children and adolescents
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored for students’ needs
  • Provide direct therapy in group and individual settings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure holistic support
  • Document progress and maintain detailed records for IEP compliance and monitoring
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Employ evidence-based practices and remain current with best practices in school-based therapy
