Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain before start
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with school-aged children (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Previous background in teletherapy is a plus for remote roles
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of communication challenges, including articulation, fluency, and language disorders
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Deliver direct therapy services either onsite or via teletherapy
  • Monitor and document progress, adjust interventions as needed, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Educate and train staff and families on strategies to support student communication
