Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as required by Georgia regulations
• Previous experience working with children in school settings preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to students individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and families to support student progress and advocate for necessary services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide in-services or resources to school staff when needed
