Exciting opportunities await Speech Language Pathologists eager to advance their skills and make an impact across diverse school settings. Multiple contract positions are available for the upcoming academic year, spanning elementary, middle, and compensatory service roles. Each position lets you foster communication growth and academic achievement for students ranging from Pre K through 12th grade.

Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Valid licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience providing speech services in school settings, working with students in grades Pre K–12
  • Proficiency with digital documentation platforms (Paddynet experience highly preferred)
  • Skilled at coordinating schedules and meetings using Google Calendar
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, staff, and school administration
  • Strong organization in documenting evaluations, eligibility determinations, IEPs, and data reviews

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering high-quality speech and language support—either at a single school or, for compensatory service roles, traveling to multiple sites as needed
  • Managing a manageable caseload (typically 45-55 students per assignment)
  • Documenting all services accurately in Paddynet
  • Attending and coordinating IEP meetings and conferences, ensuring families are informed and supported throughout the speech intervention process
  • Collaborating seamlessly as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • For compensatory services: providing summer services from June 1 through June 30, meeting identified needs across grade levels until caseload completion
