Grades K - 5 Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Marietta, GA

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP licensure in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Comfort in collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student needs related to speech, language, and communication
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs aligned with IEP goals
• Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress reports, and treatment outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning for student success
• Provide support and education to families regarding speech and language development
• Adapt interventions to be engaging and age-appropriate for elementary students
