Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Marina, CA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• California licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Open to SLPs with CCC, those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and strong school-based experience
• Comfortable working with a diverse student population
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support individualized student plans
• Conduct assessments and develop appropriate goals tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for learning
