Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- California licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Open to SLPs with CCC, those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and strong school-based experience
- Comfortable working with a diverse student population
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support individualized student plans
- Conduct assessments and develop appropriate goals tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for learning
