Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC required
- Prior experience within a school setting, preferably elementary
- Strong assessment and IEP development skills
- Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities with students, families, and staff
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments with elementary-age students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services—both individual and group—for students with diverse needs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student success
- Maintain thorough records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Contribute proactively during team meetings and student reviews
