  • Strong communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and special education documentation is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Key Duties and Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Perform screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff on student progress and classroom strategies
  • Accurately document services, maintain compliant records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
