Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on measurable goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions for a diverse student population
• Maintain detailed records and document student progress consistently
• Collaborate effectively with school staff, teachers, and other professionals to coordinate care
• Provide guidance and education to students’ families, encouraging their involvement in the therapy process

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) required
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly valued
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Compliance with State Board requirements for active licensure
