An exciting opportunity awaits for a talented Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a meaningful impact in the educational setting. This full-time, contract position runs the entire 2026/2027 school year, with the work site assigned based on district needs. With 37.5 hours per week on-site, you will help students near Marlow, OK overcome communication barriers and achieve their academic potential.

Your expertise working with children in school environments will be greatly valued as you conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with both staff and families. Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active state licensure as required
  • Proven experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting evaluations and developing IEPs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Experience with teletherapy a plus, though this role is on-site only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and meet compliance standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer occasional training and resources for staff and parents
