Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Marlow, OK

This full-time, contract position runs the entire 2026/2027 school year, with the work site assigned based on district needs. With 37.5 hours per week on-site, you will help students near Marlow, OK overcome communication barriers and achieve their academic potential.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure as required
• Proven experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting evaluations and developing IEPs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Experience with teletherapy a plus, though this role is on-site only

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and meet compliance standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Offer occasional training and resources for staff and parents
