This position offers an impactful role working directly with PreK-12 students at six school campuses and 3-4 private sites, with a manageable caseload of 40-50. You’ll be part of a dedicated team of two Speech-Language Pathologists, serving students on-site and making a real difference in their communication and learning journeys.
Your expertise in school-based, healthcare, and teletherapy settings, as well as experience with SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY, will be highly valued in this dynamic environment. This is a hands-on position with no SLP-A support, giving you the autonomy to lead your own caseload and implement effective interventions. No additional educator certification is required.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY candidates both considered)
- Relevant experience in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work with a diverse PreK-12 student population across multiple sites
- Commitment to high standards of service and student progress
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and administer individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students on-site
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and comply with documentation requirements
This full-time, 37.5 hour-per-week contract offers highly competitive compensation from $40-47 per hour, along with the satisfaction of helping students thrive academically and personally.
