Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, but not mandatory

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to support academic and functional communication
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to integrate therapy goals into students’ educational programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance and strategies to educators for supporting students with communication challenges
