Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA (state-specific certification required)
  • Experience or genuine interest in early childhood populations
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs for preschool-aged students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language services to approximately 32 early childhood students
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with school guidelines
  • Collaborate with a supportive on-site SLPA and other educational professionals
  • Adapt interventions to meet individual student needs within a diverse caseload
  • Engage with families and participate in team meetings to support student growth

Scheduling Details:

  • 4-day work week with a possible half-day on Wednesdays
  • Each workday consists of 6 1/2 hours, allowing for work-life balance
