Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state Speech-Language Pathology license (CFY and CCC considered)
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Familiarity with early childhood development and intervention strategies
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with students, teachers, and families
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct assessment and therapy services to children ages 3-5 in a school setting
  • Develop individualized goals and document student progress toward those goals
  • Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and family members to ensure comprehensive support for each child
  • Use evidence-based therapy techniques to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to school and state requirements
