Position Highlights:
- Hybrid per diem assignment—enjoy the flexibility of both on-site and remote sessions
- Provide dedicated speech therapy support for one 3rd-grade student, with the possibility to assist additional students as needed
- Commit to 60 minutes of service per week, plus Individualized Education Program (IEP) preparation and meeting attendance
- Work within a supportive academy environment committed to fostering student growth and confidence
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Eligible for state licensure as an SLP
- Experience with school-based therapy and IEP documentation preferred
- Strong communication skills and tech proficiency to support successful teletherapy
- Ability to collaborate with educators, caregivers, and case managers
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy tailored to student needs
- Conduct hybrid therapy sessions: in-person and teletherapy
- Prepare for and participate in IEP meetings
- Accurately document sessions, progress, and recommendations
- Adapt approaches to best support positive student outcomes
