Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF accepted)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Experience working in school settings with diverse K-12 populations is preferred
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver targeted therapy
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement goal-oriented Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions

This role offers a competitive pay range of $55–$65 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
