Speech Language Pathologist in Martinez, CA

This full-time position, suited for both SLP-CCC and SLP-CF professionals, spans the entire 2026-2027 school year. Key Qualifications:

• Current or eligibility for California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CF accepted)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Experience with school-aged children across diverse backgrounds is desirable
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of assessment protocols and IEP processes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and interventions
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
• Provide therapeutic interventions in both individual and small group settings

For the 2026-2027 school year, this position offers a competitive hourly compensation ranging from $55 to $65, depending on experience and credentials.
