Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF accepted)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Experience working in school settings with diverse K-12 populations is preferred
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver targeted therapy
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement goal-oriented Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
This role offers a competitive pay range of $55–$65 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
