In this setting, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work across diverse grade levels, offering both assessment and intervention services. You'll play a key role in helping students thrive academically and socially through targeted therapy and comprehensive care.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support for teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Maintain thorough records of evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, student-centered environment
